My Story

Hi! I’m Cami.

I studied Public and Institutional Relations and, driven by a desire to expand my professional career and open up new opportunities, I decided to study Mandarin Chinese. What began as a way to broaden my knowledge soon awakened a true passion for discovering different cultures and ways of seeing the world. That journey led me to receive two scholarships to study in China—first for an intensive language program, and later to pursue an MBA. Today, I speak Spanish (my native language), I’m fluent in English, have working knowledge of Mandarin and Portuguese, and can understand Italian.

Although my academic background started in the field of communication, my professional career evolved in Human Resources. For over ten years, I worked in global companies, leading multicultural teams and supporting people from diverse regions, backgrounds, and experiences. It was along that path—and through my experience supporting individuals in professional settings, along with books, courses, and personal growth work—that I discovered what truly lights me up: coaching.

I began my certification as an Ontological Coach, immersed myself in the world of neuroscience, and completed my specialization in Executive Coaching. I hold an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and I am a Certified Executive Coach, integrating neuroscience, ontological coaching, and leadership development to support meaningful and sustainable growth.

I believe deeply in creating safe, honest, and non-judgmental spaces—places where people can pause, look inward, and reconnect with what they truly need. My motivation is to be there, by their side, listening with presence and respect, as each person walks their path toward a life with less stress and greater well-being.
